MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Be in charge all HR activities: timesheet, payroll, personal income tax, social insurance, labor contract, termination, etc.
- Controlling and directly involve in other HR activities such as recruiting, training, C&B, employee relations..
- Implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
- Assisting HR & Admin Manager to build up company's salary structure, KPI for whole company and manage performance review system.
- Monitoring/Updating employee information/data and orginazation chart of the company and group.
- Ensure the relevant policies and procedures of the Company are up to date in line with current labor law.
- Deal with disciplinary and HR issues.
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager and BOD if any.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in the same position in foreign companies.
Experienced in calculating and solving issues related to personal income tax for expatriates is preferred.
Fluently in English.
Fluent in Ms. Office: Word, Excel
Good knowledge on labor law and Government regulations;
Good management and communication skills;
Good human relations and problem-solving skills;
Have a good relationship with government agencies.
